In the modern world, one of the main problems that are haunting us is the obesity. The obesity can arise due to various reasons. One is due to the junk food that we consume every day in the modern fast paced world. Some people are obese due to hormonal imbalance which is tougher to cure. The first category people can be cured very easily. Obesity generally arises due to over consumption of high content fat and carbohydrate food. This can be avoided and hence one can prevent himself from further becoming fat. There are people who fast to reduce their fat. Even though this may help in reducing the size but eventually you will also lose other vital nutrients required for the body to function. Any human needs a balanced diet of protein, vitamin, carbohydrate and fat to function properly. Thus on fasting, you may lose the other important nutrients. It is important to consume proteins as they prevent disease from attacking our body. Thus even when you fast, take a couple of protien bars to keep you fit. My advise will be to reduce fat and carbohydrate rich foods but not fast. Take fibrous food which will help in easy digestion and also fill your stomach.
